Karamo and Dorian are flirting with each other. Karamo says Dorian wants a friend. I don't think he wants ass. Karamo talks to Dorian. He tells him about his issues with white people because his father made him read civil rights shit at 9. That's insane. Karamo says he isn't use to guys like Dorian. Karamo talks to Willie. He says they have different music tastes. He's also worried about the pase the relationship progresses. Sarah calls her mother. Her mother is going through radiation. She says it's like mideval torture. Sarah says her mom has crumbled. Sarah's crying. Sarah said her eating issues didn't start until her mom found out she had cancer. She says she had anorexia then bolimia. MJ says he understands what she's going through because he has friends that delt with that. Karamo meets one of his ex-girlfriends. They go through an African museum there. Bree says we don't look back enough. They then go out to eat. He tells her about Dorian being total opposites. Karamo says music is the reason for some issues. It shouldn't be that big of a problem to not date somebody. Sarah said her mom is going through to New York. She says she's blindsided. She wants to see her mother and she doesn't. Sarah says they should have warned her about them coming through. She doesn't want to see her mom having no hair and stuff. She's so upset because she doesn't want to see her own mother. It is quite sad.

Melanie comes into Sarah's room. Sarah tells Melanie she gets into a bubble. Melanie says she dealt with the same way when her grandmother had cancer. Sarah wants to confront the cancer. Just give it a nice kick in the ass. They decide to meet at the house then go to a restaraunt. Sarah says her and Rachel, her sister are total opposites. Sarah says she can't control so many things. Rachel asks Sarah if she's thrown up. Why would she ask that? Sarah just doesn't understand her. She loves her, but doesn't get her. Dorian calls and Karamo is sleeping. Dorian walks in and Karamo hates when people walk in unexpectedly. He meets Dorian's friend, Steve. Karamo bullshits and says he has a headache. Willie says Karamo is being a bad host. MJ and Landon hang out with Steve and Dorian. Karamo is so happy. Willie says it's shady that he goes out with Willie. Karamo says he just wants companionship. Karamo says he hopes Dorian isn't there. Dorain is upstairs without Karamo being there. Willie asks are you feeling him or not? It's one end of the spectrum.

Dorian calls. Karamo says it's suppose to be easier to be with guys. Karamo bullshits about the whole thing. Dorian asks are you playing me? Dorian says if I didn't think you were worth it, I wouldn't be making this call. Sarah's mom is leaving. Sarah says she wants her mom to know everything's okay. Sarah says she started mourning once she found out her mom had cancer. Melanie says you shouldn't keep your emotions all locked up. She says you could write things down. Sarah says growth comes from experience. Karamo and Dorian go outside. Dorian says the way Karamo acts is different than the way he presents himself. Dorian says he doesn't play games. Dorian says your actions come out louder than you talking. Karamo says this is bullshit and walks away. He's the one who made it bullshit. Karamo says he needs to be real with himself. Back to sleep he goes.
